Please note that for all orders- the initial deposit will be the cost of the materials. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of work. All items will need to be picked up or *delivered within 2 weeks of completion. 

*Delivery and Pickup are available within 35 miles of the Twin Cities metro for an additional fee.
